Most Traveled People (MTP)
Luis is a Portuguese entrepreneur and investor whose career has taken him around the world. Poland holds a special place in his journey, where he played a pioneering role in developing modern large-scale retail and distribution. After building his career internationally, he became involved in global travel, education, and cultural exchange. One of his most impactful projects was co-founding Girl Move Academy, a Mozambican leadership academy promoting women’s leadership, recognized by UNESCO as one of the world’s leading education programs for girls and women. He is also recognized as one of the world’s most widely traveled individuals and holds the prestigious title of MTP UN Grandmaster. His travels have taken him to all 193 UN countries and more than 1,000 of the world’s 1,248 UNESCO World Heritage Sites (WHS), placing him at the top of the MTP (Most Traveled People) ranking for the number of WHS visited. Currently, he develops the Most Traveled People (MTP) community, bringing together nearly 50,000 travelers. For over 20 years, MTP has supported travelers pursuing systematic travel around the world.
