David Labouchere is an inspirational keynote speaker and former British Army officer whose career spans elite military leadership, global geopolitics, and world-class human performance. Over a distinguished 30-year military career, he served in almost every operational theatre, concluding at the heart of government in Whitehall as Head of the UK’s Strategic Planning Team. In this role, he briefed Prime Ministers and senior ministers in No.10 Downing Street. His service and leadership were recognised twice by Her late Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. Since relocating to the UAE in 2010, David has advised leaders and organisations at national and executive level. Alongside this, he has pursued elite endurance sport, becoming World No.1 in his age group in Ironman racing and remaining in the global top ten.
