Dale is a hospitality and real estate finance professional with more than 20 years of experience across investment, asset management, valuation, advisory, and structured financing in the Middle East. Her expertise spans the full lifecycle of hospitality real estate, from development feasibility, valuation, and acquisitions to asset management, capital structuring, and financing. Over the course of her career, Dale has advised on and structured hospitality and real estate financing transactions across the GCC and international markets, while also overseeing large-scale hospitality and leisure portfolios comprising hotels, resorts, marinas, golf clubs, and other operating assets. She has worked closely with developers, investors, financial institutions, hotel owners, and operators on investment strategies, portfolio optimization, acquisitions, dispositions, and capital allocation decisions. Having witnessed multiple real estate cycles in the UAE and wider region, Dale brings a unique perspective that combines operational understanding of hospitality assets with deep experience in real estate capital markets and investment structuring.
