Costas Livadaris is the Hospitality & Leisure Lead at Parsons for EMEA, leading a team delivering destinations of the future across the region.
He began at Parsons as the Project Director for a hotel project in the King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD) in Riyadh and more recently, has served as the Technical Director Hospitality for the EMEA Region.
Costas is a seasoned hospitality leader and guest speaker with over 38 years of experience in consulting, managing multiple concurrent projects, encompassing hospitality, commercial, retail, residential (both horizontal and vertical), and external/landscape developments, including almost 30 years dedicated to luxury hospitality projects in the Middle East. He has been with Parsons for more than five years, contributing significantly to various luxury hospitality projects in Saudi Arabia.
Parsons has been operating in EMEA for more than 65 years and currently employs over 7,800 people in the region.
Education
Costas holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Waterloo, Ontario, Canada and a Postgraduate Certificate of Business Administration from Edinburgh Business School, Heriot–Watt University, Edinburgh, Scotland
