In 2021, Jad Shamseddin joined Aleph Hospitality as COO, bringing with him more than 22 years of experience in hospitality in the Middle East and Africa. 15 of these years have been in leadership roles focused on strategy, development, operations, openings and transitions & acquisitions. Jas has led the start-up process of over 14 hotels, from budget to upper luxury, pre-opening to operations.

As a dynamic COO with an entrepreneurial approach, Jad ensures the optimisation of the hotels‘ performance while safeguarding the owners’ interests and returns. His focus is on quality, revenues, and costs management in addition to creating a healthy and productive work environment for our teams.

Jad holds an MBA in Hospitality Management from the Lebanese University.
