A dynamic professional with a deep understanding of the shifting trends in the hospitality marketplace, Rami has over 20 years of experience across multiple layers of hotel development and operations. He had been responsible for overseeing business development & sourcing deals to support Louvre Hotels Group. Overseeing the strategic development and modernization of their portfolio as a key Board Member.

The passionate hotelier joined his family business, in mid-2015, with the mandate to grow the group’s presence in MENA and CIS markets, cementing it as a leading mid and upscale hotel operator, successfully expanding the company’s hotel portfolio to 59 properties.

Most recently, Rami joined Alan and Raki as a Co-Founder of Earth Hotels, a disruptive brand that focuses on delivering impact driven experiential destinations that center around community building and localization. Rami leads the company’s development, real estate and operation teams leveraging his experience across his career to date.

Rami began his career in 2001, held several pre-opening and operational positions with leading hotel chains such as Hyatt in Paris,Jumeirah and Kempinski Hotels. In 2008 he joined FRHI Hotels & Resorts progressing over the next seven years to successive promotions across EMEA markets, followed by his last appointment as the head of development in the Middle East and Africa.

Rami has been involved in over 150+ development projects across green field parcels, conversions and turn around assets. His wide range of skills across real estate development and Hotel operations presents a strong foundation across the entire lifecycle of hotel development and operations.
