Michael leads the Fine Dine Club as Chief Culinary Officer, where world renowned Michelin Star Chefs showcase their culinary talents and blockchain technology plays a pivotal role in shaping an unmatched and technologically advanced private members' club experience. Michael also founded digital content start-up Passionomy.io in early 2021. Michael has extensive experience in the industry with him being Chief Culinary Officer at Jumeirah Hotels and Resorts from 2018 until 2021, overseeing the food and beverage activities of their 23 properties in Europe, Asia and the Middle East. Prior to his time at Jumeirah, from 2011 to 2018, Michael was Global Director of the world-renowned Michelin Guides, overseeing the Michelin Inspection teams around the world and managing the production of Michelin Guides in 27 countries around the globe. This gave Michael an intimate knowledge of the world’s best chefs and restauranteurs and a unique understanding of global culinary trends. After university in the USA and INSEAD in France, Michael held senior commercial roles with several multinational companies in Europe. As a young man, Michael attended the Ecole Hoteliere Ferrandi in Paris and worked as a commis in a Michelin starred kitchen. A dual American and French citizen, Michael has spent most of his life in Europe.
