Joao started his career in Portugal, and over the years, he was involved in projects in diverse locations such as the Mediterranean countries, Brazil, Germany, Qatar, and the UAE.

Throughout his illustrious career, Joao has been intricately involved in every stage of the asset lifecycle, demonstrating proficiency in development, business planning, operations, sales, and acquisitions. His analytical acumen and methodology, earned during five years of consultancy with Neoturis and CBRE Hotels, sets him apart in crafting comprehensive strategies and solutions.

Joao's skill set encompasses the strategic development of business plans, budgeting, feasibility studies, and executing turnarounds and takeovers. His expertise extends to pre-openings and the successful implementation of marketing plans. He possesses a deep understanding of operating departments, with a focus on finance, food and beverage, revenue management, and sales & marketing.
