Laure is responsible for the strategic development of the Fairmont global portfolio as well as leading the development for Accor’s luxury brands in Middle-East, Africa, Turkey, India and Asia.

Laure started her hotel development career with Accor in the Middle East, before moving to Singapore where she led the development of the Accor luxury brands in the Asia Pacific region for almost a decade.

Prior to her appointment, she headed up the development of Accor across all segments in IMEAT. She brings a wealth of experience to the role, with almost 20 years of hotel development, marketing and project management in Europe, Middle East and Asia Pacific.

Laure has a Master in Management, which she completed at ESCP Business School (Ecole Superieure de Commerce de Paris).
