Chang’s as well as AJK and ITER as an interim CEO. His career, extensive international network and ability to push F&B ventures to new heights, globally, has seen him steer large-volume venue launches in short time frames, and grow in expertise across brand creation, technological integration, and team leadership.

With an in-depth understanding of the growth and franchising processes and innovation around the development of operational strategies, his career has seen him gain unparalleled revenue growth and award-winning achievements, solidifying his reputation as a dynamic force within the industry. Mike has recently joined Solutions Leisure as head of their international licensing and business development team.
